The Vicarage, Park Vista Greenwich.

The Vicarage on Park Vista was once part of Henry VIII's palace of Placentia. Due to this being a listed building, every detail of the project had to have listed building consent from Greenwich council and conservation officers.

The roof had a total overhaul with the all slate tiles and 30% of the frame being replaced. The valley gutter was changed from lead to a wolfin membrane. All paint was stripped allowing us to repair damaged render and have a fresh start before decorating the building in a mineral based breathable paint.
